Great cottage in a very peaceful location. It has fully equipped kitchen and outside grill where we could easily prepare all food. Cottage was clean and warm. Hot water in the shower didn't have any smell, which happens in other places in Iceland.

we arrived around 8pm and the nice little gentleman showed us a round. the dogs are friendly. it’s clean and warm! we waited for the aurora and we finally saw it! everything is perfect!

This little piece of Eden is situated in the middle of nowhere, yet it's extremely easily approachable. Beautiful calm environment, with direct view of the Aurora (when it happens of course). It was very clean and calm, especially the slow mornings with the sunrise. The house is on flat area, so it's easy to maneuver, but you're surrounded with mountains, so the view is great. The colors of the sun in this part of the countryside was truly beautiful.

our house was very nice and cozy, nice small kitchen and bathroom, everything you would need! there are also hot tubs available for guests and right next to the houses are horses you can go and pet if you like! i would definetly recommend this over a stay in the hotel.
