The guesthouse is super cosy and has great views either side of it. It is just a 15 min walk to the Black sand beach. The owner is a very hospitable lady. The cat and the dog were hospitable too 😊❤️

The hotel is in great location in Vik. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We really enjoyed our stay and will return one day.

The Barn is really a nice place. The room is very nice and modern. You can see the sunset. The common area of the place has a nice bar and the kitchen area in good standard and practical with a view to the sea. Tea and coffee available in the room, which is really nice.

Opened in July 2018, Hótel Kría is situated in Vík. Among the various facilities are a garden and a bar. There is a restaurant. The black sand beaches begin about 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The front desk girl (from Scotland), was so friendly and helpful and the meals were incredible.

Vik is small. Place is nice but maybe bit noisy until 12 pm.

We booked late and checked in late on the same day and when we arrived, our room was ready and waiting. Everything was super clean and the beds were really comfortable, there was a basin in the bedroom so we we didn't need to wait for the bathroom to brush teeth or was our faces. The location was beautiful and the shower was amazing after a long day of adventures. Coffee and tea was available and the whole process went super smooth. Would absolutely recommend!
