Fabio and Antonella were the perfect hosts! Fabio greeted us warmly and made us coffee when we arrived, showed us to our room (which was palatial!). The location was outstanding, incredible views over the valley as you sit by the pool. Fabio and Antonella cooked us a beautiful dinner, even me being gluten free was no problem! We sat and chatted with them all evening with some of the other guests and had the loveliest time. Fabio drew us a map of things to see in the area. Beautiful, relaxing agrotourism experience in nature, surrounded by animals. Thank you both!

like an old estate, beautiful building and surroundings. Large room and comfortable big bed, amazing view from room and some interesting art work. Stylish bathroom and a good hot shower for weary bones after hiking all day. Tasty freshly prepared breakfast in a lovely room. The host is a lovely man who took a small group to a neighbour who cooked a very nice dinner for us which we ate under the chestnut tree. It was at a very reasonable price and especially the truffle toast was delicious. I would have stayed another night but finally the weather is better and I was keen to get to Assisi without getting drenched.

We loved everything about this property, location, views to die for, friendly helpful hosts, great facilities. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful, providing us with transport to the local restaurant for dinner, transport to the next town for one of our party and a delicious breakfast set up on the outside terrace with views across to Il Castello di Campello.

The old convent was really beautiful so quiet and peaceful but is approximately 12 km from Spoleto in a remote mountainous location taxis are difficult to to get and are expensive each trip to and from the premises cost approximately 100 euro per trip The restaurant on site was amazing and food delicious , the views from the premises cost approximately were incredible and the sunsets spectacular, we are there to walk a few sections of the St Francis Camino and the accommodation was just off the route which was a bonus

Amazing! The hotel, the village and all the surroundings were so beautiful! The stuff was really helpful and the room was beautiful and had everything you need. The breakfast had lots of tasty options. And there is a really good restaurant just around the corner. Everything was with very good value! I would definitely go back there!
