It's a small efficient beautiful space. The lighting is gorgeous, it is impeccably clean and very very comfortable. She has both a kettle and a coffee maker, and some tea bags and coffee. This was marvelous. She was incredibly helpful, I ended up having to book at 19h 30 to stay the same night and it was no problem at all. You have your own space, and your own door out of the building. There's efficient heat, both USB and a wall plug at the bed and the bathroom is modern and fantastic. Breakfast is a card for a local bakery where you can get a coffee and a croissant. They were delicious. Perfect place in a lovely relaxed residential area. Fully recommended. She's very helpful, and everything was perfect.

'Had a very remarkable stay, firstly as Paolo warmly welcomed me and my friend, he was very attentive to our needs, has provided for thorough instructions and recommendations about the house and the vicinity, and he is quite prompt with communication, too. He also selflessly helped us when a transportation strike arose during the end of our trip. Our stay at the house of the poet has been very satisfactory, comfortable, and enjoyable. The house and facilities were fantastic, neat and well kept. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, points of interest, the train terminal, as well as the shuttle bus for cruise guests. Thanks heaps for everything! 🙏

The hiost was very responsive and waiting up on us, even as we arrived more than two hours after the ETA. The host also guided us on most effective transport mode to use to the apartment.

The host was so accommodating, including arrangingvtransfers for us from Rome to the port. When I asked how to get ti the cruise , he recommended we walk, which was a short distance and very comfortable, despite lugging bags. Other friends were advised to take a taxi at €10pp, which was unnecessary. The apartment was spacious, with water, tea, coffee and juice with cereal available. We could even do laundry before the cruise.
