We loved everything, from the moment we arrived we felt that we did the right decision, the hospitality was beyond the expectation, the room was big, beautiful design and very clean, the food was tasty also and our waiter was very nice and helpful, the accommodation, facilities, the swimming pool and sauna area were amazing, very good location, close to meran 2000, Bolzano and more beautiful places, thank you for everything, we would definitely love to be back again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The service and the hotel itself went far beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Great place and amazing zone of relaxing and spa. I liked how the exteiror was and the interior except the room. the room needs an upgrade looking at the design. I really liked the sauna with the natural lake.

Everything is perfect. The property could not be more perfect -at least the part we used. Our suite was more then enough big for our 4 people family. The clearness, the equipment of the room was excellent. When you will tray the breakfast you will understand the meaning of "excellent" breakfast - we can not find anything that was not offered. The dinners were exquisite. The staff is at the very high level, always prepared the serve your needs. Thanks to every member!!! We are already planning when to return.
