We really liked our stay here, even though we could only book for one night. Lucia is very welcoming and showed us everything in the apartment. It has everything you need, it was really clean and cosy. There is a lovely balcony where you can sit and eat. A great place to walk to Rapallo's centre and seafront. We hope to return another time. This place is beautiful. On a tour through Italy, this was close to the top of the list of accommodation for us.. It was super clean, had the all important kettle, washing machine, comfy beds, lovely clean towels, and the showers were amazing. It actually felt like you were in a holiday home, as there was plenty of information, business card and leaflets advising on everything in the area, The hosts were quite charming too. Met us at the property, and gave us restaurant recommendation's - and the information on how to visit Portofino. Near to the sea front too .. perfect!

We stayed just for one night so our experience did not cover alle the facilities the Villa has to offer (we could not use the SPA, most notably). However, what we saw and used was invariably top-notch: the room in the dependance was large and spanking new, with nice amenities (not just coffee capsules but also infusions) and comfortable beds (a plus for the plush pillows). You wake up at the chirping of the birds in the nearby villa Durazzo (and the bustling centre of S. Margherita is a five-minute walk). Breakfast is served in an immaculate room, with all the essentials covered and something more (personal bonus for the fresh milk, quite a rarity in hotels nowadays). And, last but not least (for me at least) the ample and secure parking, which made also the third member of our holiday - our car - feel pampered, like the rest of us. In short, a welcoming, fresh accommodation to stay in Santa Margherita without the stress of the city.
