The property was in a great location less than 100 meters from Main Street in montefalco. It is right next to a lovely authentic church. The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco. It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days. Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls. Great central location to stay in montefalco main town.

Everything was above expectations: a new, well equipped and spotless apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets in windows, outdoor dining under olive trees, beautifull clean pool with panoramic views and horses , of course. We spent perfect holidays here, the apartment was great strating point for various nice excursions and trips both to the nature and Umbria towns and villages.

Cleanliness, owner greeted us and really helpful and friendly. Coffee, fruit, water and even biscuits provided which was a real treat! Close to town as we walked ! Parking on site.

If you want to stay in a fabulous, old stone building in the old town of Bevagna, please consider this lovely apartment. For us, this beautiful apartment far surpassed anywhere we have ever stayed, as the charm and authenticity of this stunning old stone building were exceptional. It is so stylishly decorated with grace and appreciation for the building's heritage and yet very comfortable, and we felt at home. The shower was great, and toiletries appreciated. We loved the little window in the bathroom. The apartment felt like a haven. It was so quiet and the bedroom incredibly dark - we slept well. It is nestled in the old town with no cars, however we found free parking about 200 metres away. The owner (Silvana) is the perfect host, coming to meet us when we checked in. She is very kind and friendly. I recommend you contact her before your stay, to get directions for the apartment. We can certainly recommend a delicious restaurant nearby called Miccheletto Pizzeria. The owner assisted us to locate our apartment and to say thank you, we had dinner last night at his busy restaurant. It was all perfect. There are so many lovely cafes offering pastries, etc, sweet and savoury food. Great coffee, too. Plus, delicious authentic gelato shops.
