One of the best accommodations we’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, and the attention to detail was incredible. You can really tell that Aliona puts a lot of love and care into the house. It has amazing views of the lake from the kitchen and a little terrace where you can eat on nice days! Additionally, Aliona left us several items in the fridge as a gift so we could have breakfast—milk, ham, jams, bread, coffee, etc. We had a wonderful stay there. The hosts are a lovely family, always ready to help and make our stay easier. They even went the extra mile by saving us a parking spot with their own car, which they moved when we arrived. I highly recommend it—don’t hesitate to rent 'Le Rose Sul Lago'! Extra tip: If you love cats, this is also the place for you. Aliona has about 5 cats, and if you're patient and know how to approach them, you can get them to come over and pet them.

Elise was phenomenal! She was incredibly nice, spoke perfect English (we are American and needed all the help we could get!) and helped with all aspects of our stay, from planning breakfast, helping to arrange transportation, and making great recommendations for sight seeing and visit planning. It was wonderful stay. The village is very traditional and original. The house has nice terraces with flowers, nice ground , and some agricultural facilities . There is ancient archeological pillar built-in to the agricultural building ; The village church is very close to the house. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful We climbed Via Ferrata Galleria di Morcate , and also Via Ferrata "Gamma1" (Pizzo d'Erna); The property is close to lake Como and Lecco, with plenty of very nice trekking routes and Via Ferrata routes

We specially liked the warm welcoming and superb service in the restaurant and also in breakfast table by William. We travel a lot, but have not felt this genuine warm service long time. He is the real gem of the place! Also the hotel itself, the room and restaurant are ver beautiful, very nicely renovated with small details. Our room was also very big and comfortable.
