Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The landlord was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house itself was very comfortable, with spacious rooms and underfloor heating, which was a lovely touch. We’re already looking forward to staying here again next summer! During our stay, we had an unfortunate incident where our car tire broke down on the road late at night. Since we don’t speak Italian, we were quite stressed, but the landlord went above and beyond to help us. They arranged for a tow truck and ensured everything was sorted out smoothly. Thanks to their kindness and assistance, we were able to continue our trip without further issues. If we ever have the chance to visit Italy again, we will definitely stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended

The breakfast was great, we had the room with a balcony which was nice. The hotel is what you would expect from a small town, some dated bits but clean. It was close to family we were visiting. The staff were very friendly, even though we don't speak much Italian. Would stay here again.

Charming receptionists at checkin and checkout. Beautiful room/apartment which enabled me to relax. Within a 3 minute walking distance to the concert hall. Small kitchenette with Mokka cooker was great in the mornings.The hotel is in a historic palazzo and right next to the Duomo right in the centre of Parma yet the room was quiet. Room access is via Flexipass (App on mobile phone). Lots of Cafés, shops, galleries & restaurants in the vicinity. I had a wonderful stay and will return.
