The hotel has had a serious upgrade from our previous stays. It was always a lovely hotel however the upgrade has made it special. All staff were professional and friendly. Will definitely return.

Close to he sea. Good air-conditioning, no direct sun , good internet, two separate rooms. Clean. Kitchen with all necessary. We'd like to stay longer, but vacation are sadly short :)

This is a great place to stay for couple of days. The bed is spacious and very comfortable. A/C works very well during summer heat. There is small refrigerator, microwave, cofee mashine and an electric pot to boil water (for tea drinkers in this coffee-everywhere-country). Bathroom was sterile clean and well equipped. 3 minutes walking you will have a big grocery shop to buy anything you need. it takes 10 minutes to reach the please from the railway station.

Stunning villa on a very peaceful property. Roberta and Massimo are genuinely nice people and very helpful. Roberta cooks a delicious omelette. We highly recommend.

It was like in a farytail. Amusing house with a jacuzzi, where you can watch a sunset. Delicious true italian breakfast, prepared by the owner, who is very sweet and speak english very well. We also charge an electric car there. Recommend!

The setting of the historic country house was very attractive, it overlooked Pesaro with the Adriatic Sea in the background . I did not have a car but was interested in having a 3-day break by the pool in the Autumn sun. Not to be, as it rained steadily for the first two days . I took a taxi into town to see the “sights” in Pesaro (a pleasant seaside town) and buy supplies for meals. My studio apartment was very comfortable and well equipped (staff supplied a microwave at my request). The breakfast buffet was generous with a wide variety of foods. It was served in a beautifully decorated dining room and by candlelight on my second morning as there was a power blackout. The pool area was charming as it was set in a small olive grove. I enjoyed the sun and the view on my last day.

Typical Italian breakfast, we are used to it, lots of pastries. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach.Spacious furniture, with a useful mini fridge, comfortable bed, parquet floor which is very good. Renovated bathroom with a window in the shower, which is also very good for ventilation.
