We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The rooms were tidy and perfectly clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very baby-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. By car, Como was only about 15 minutes away, and even beautiful towns like Bellagio and Varenna could be reached in under an hour, all with breathtaking views along the way. What we loved most about this place was its location in a small town, where many locals were also staying. The people were incredibly warm and kind – it felt as if every second person stopped just to smile at our baby. This created such a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere, especially during breakfast time. On top of all this, my husband accidentally left his AirPods behind. Giuliano kindly informed us and even mailed them back to us, carefully wrapped and perfectly safe. We are so grateful for such thoughtful hospitality – thank you so much!

Spacious, quiet, comfortable! Coffee machine with stocked pods. Toiletries and towels. Would make an amazing location for a longer stay unfortunately it was one night only. I had driven 10hrs across the alps from Switzerland and was the most comfortable I’d been on my entire trip. Host also accommodated motorbike for parking up for the night and was very happy to help.

Great location, nice personal, clean and new apartment. Apartment is located in beautiful street, there is cozy restaurant at 0 floor. Building is old, traditional one, but is newly renovated. Nice apartment for family with kids. In kitchen you will find everything for cooking.

The breakfast was wonderful. You could choose anything you wanted and it was delivered and left outside your room on time. Great warm croissants! Lots of coffee pods. I only had one, but nice to have the choice. Balcony with chairs and table. Aircon in bedroom.

The host Danilo - absolute gentleman - This man is absolutely pleasure to have known in such a short period of time. The apartment is spacious - up on arise overlooking the mountains and hills - bedrooms spacious - Bathroom clean and tidy - kitchen brand new with great appliances - coffee ☕️ kettle dishwasher oven etc etc Lounge room great size - an outside area too - just too many good things to say 😀

everything was perfect - they prepared breakfast for us early as we had an early start - quiet comfortable room - good bed - although the lighting was a bit harsh (white lights - insignificant comment)

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.
