The host and family were friendly, helpful, hospitable. They went above and beyond. The place was superb: clean, modern, new, and had all facilities needed plus more and attention to detail in every room. Fantastic to have use of a washing machine whilst traveling. Most comfortable bed! Lots of complimentary items to use. I would recommend this place. It’s a gem!

I am an Airbnb host myself, so I know it is essential to accommodate guests and to try to create a living space that is not only comfortable but safe. Wow, wow, wow! Before my arrival, the lovely host communicated with me about how to get to her home and said that if I had any questions, I could contact her via WhatsApp. I was traveling alone, and having her communicate via text felt extremely safe. She waited late for me, even until I got my dinner. So sweet! Although she did not speak full English, she could accommodate my needs. I was there for a work conference and had the place to myself. The home was decorated eloquently, with all the amenities and more that I needed/wanted. Extra bedding was offered (I like a heavy comforter), and the towels were plush. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival. Coffee/Teas were available. I welcome anyone to come to stay at her house!

A great and extremely friendly B&B. Room was super, large with a great bed. Bathroom also large with a great powerful shower. Breakfast was self service but with good coffee and freshly baked morning goods. Extremely good value, especially compared to the hotel close by that I usually stay in. Only thing I would change is the cool white lighting. Warm white is so much better suited to a living environment.

Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!! The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute. I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice. Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Such gracious hosts! It really felt like you were part of the family, from the warm welcome, the wonderful and plentiful food, the conversations about the town and it's history, it all made the stay so memorable and comfortable. I can't wait to return, I would nearly go back to Artena just to stay here! 11/10 P.S. I know the review is a week and a half late, my apologies!

The apartment was great, better than the photos actually! Very modern and clean and with a big bathroom. The hallway is newly renovated and old wall paintings are kept. Check in was smooth, we were received and given a short tour of the apartment and some information about the town. Recommended!
