Great location and friendly staff. Attention to detail was excellent and the apartment was very well kitted. We were able to cook, make nice coffee and even wash so clothes. Would totally recommend!

The villa was so spacious and beautiful, and quite cool inside even in the late june heat. The rec room with the billiard table was quite a lot of fun, as was the huge upstairs terrace with the most amazing view to drink coffee and draw in. The host was very accommodating and available. Probably the best part was the well-maintained private pool, we spent a couple hours there every day! We were there for a family reunion, 9 people plus a baby, there was plenty of room for all of us and we had a truly lovely time! With a car there is plenty to do out there, drive to Orvieto, Siena, Florence, the lake, Pienza, go on wine and cheese tours, rent bikes, even go down to Rome, as well as hot springs- and then come back to relax in the beautiful villa with its cool rooms and tranquil surroundings. The host, Lorenzo, knows a lot about the things to do in the vicinity, too, and has great recommendations! We definitely want to come back again next year! Thank you!
