The apartment was spotless and well equipped. It is quiet and overlooks a field and has secure parking. It is in easy walking distance of pizzerias, gelateria and restaurants and a short drive to 3 supermarkets, more restaurants and a wonderful dolciaria. Altedo is perfectly placed to explore the Emilia-Romagna region. It is half way between Bologna and Ferrara, each a half hour or less drive away. It is in easy driving distance of Modena, Cremona, Mantua, Verona, Padua, Ravenna and the charming coastal canal towns of Chioggio and Comacchio. From Ravenna it is a short drive to San Marino, an independent hill state in the heart of Italy. We would like to thank Fabio for being such a helpful, kind and generous host, he even found a nurse to dress a deep cut on my wife’s hand.

The owners were amazing! Always available and very helpful. Everything was spotless clean. On the last day we had to leave very early in the morning and they made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast set up in our room the night before.

We very much enjoyed our stay at casa Jack. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and nice and there's a living room with couch & freezer too. The casa is right above a restaurant/bar where we had our (included) breakfast in the morning. Enjoying the Italian morning vibe while having a coffee & sandwich was a great start into the day. The train station is 5 minutes away, train ride to bologna city is around 15mins.

The check-in and check-out is very clearly and easy explained, the apartment is super clean and tidy, is very confortable and cozy, is designed with everything you need for a short or long stay.
