I love giving the max rate and this is definetly a 10++++++ stars location! This place is the most amazing accomodation we've had in our travels, around Europe. If you want the real autentic feel of Tuscany, what you've seen in movies, read about, this is it! Cypress trees, vineyard, Tuscany hills, classic tenuta house, pool, terraces, silence, the views... The place is conviniently located, on a tiny secluded road from the main one, 50 min to Florence or Siena, 15 min to Arezzo, around 1h15 to the other cities you'll plan to visit. The rooms are better than in pictures, extremely clean, comfortable, all needed toiletries, lots of towels, nothing is missing! The hosts are the best you'll ever want, so friendly and available, with suggestions for everything you can do around, or here (you have a nice presentation video of their activities in the room). Breakfast is yumm, Italian style sweet & sour, plenty to choose from. You can go see the animals, walk around the vineyard, get some bikes for a promenade, picnics, stargazing, horse riding you name it! Too bad we dont have more time to spend here, but we will be back for sure 🤗

An excellent property in Tuscan countryside, close to Siena, Firenze, Montepulciano, San Gimigniano, etc. The rooms are very spacious (we had a double bedroom loft suite), nicely cooled in spite of the sizzling temperatures, and maintained very clean. The pool is also really nice, with warm yet refreshing water, and not too busy. Riccardo and his team run the restaurant like clockwork, the food is excellent and certainly worth a trip even if you are not staying at the property. Special mention also needs to go to breakfast which is delicious, with abundant choice and great service. Finally, Belinda was very helpful in providing useful tips and very efficient with check in and out.

The location of the hotel serves as a great starting point for a trip to Tuscany. The hotel staff is very kind and the service is wonderful. The breakfast is great and all the ingredients are fresh. The road to the place is fine if you expect an unpaved road, but it should be maintained to prevent dust. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Tuscany. The property is very well maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. The house, garden, pool, and all shared spaces are excellent. The owners and staff are incredibly hospitable, warm, and welcoming. The surrounding Tuscan towns are beautiful, and the property is conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to explore the region without delays. We discovered many charming little towns and amazing places nearby. Highly recommended accommodation!

    This place is just amazing. Veronica and her family take care of their guests so kindly. Their homemade food is delicious (also a variety of vegetarian options). The pool area and the garden are beautiful places to hang out. The room is spacious and very clean. Veronica even organised an Ebike tour in Cortona for us which was fun. We would love to come back!

    Perfect place to relax, beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, great pool and rooms. Friendly Family, delicious food, great selection of wines. Also, a very good location to visit Tuscany. We plan to return soon. Convenient parking. Thank you to the owner and we recommend this place.

    The breakfast was excellent, the landlady is very helpful and gathers any information you might be interested in. There was also a family with a handicapped child and they were fully welcoming and supportive to this family. The house is a bit remote, therefore it is very calm. As there are only five rooms, there is enough space for all guests. From every spot of the property you have a nice view into the hills of Tuscany. From the front side you look directly towards the little village of Civitella with its castle.
