They are really huge, kitchen well equipped, everything nice and clean, fantastic shower, and a weber barbecue grill. It is outise fermo in the countryside, great to relax, quiet at night. Pool and hot tub, small playground with trampoline for kids. The breakfast is for italian standards really awesome, with homemade cakes, salami/cheese, etc. The owner Samuele takes great care for his guests and is a super friendly lad. To the center it’s more like 30 minutes. It’s possible, we did it frequently, but there aren’t always sidewalks and people were driving pretty wild occasionally. If you have smaller children (ours are 14, 16, 16, 18) I can see that being a problem. Fermo is beautiful and this hotel is a good starting point to explore it. It is nice and quiet. For a family of 5 it was great to have two bathrooms with showers. The hosts were the nicest you can find, incredibly helpful and welcoming. The huge garden had something for every time during the day- in the evening it was beautifully illuminated. The decorations in the house was really nice, rich and made you feel very welcome.
