Completely renovated and clean flat in the center. It's on the first floor, stairs only. It is so stylish I wish this was actually my home! The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in one of the 3 good cafés nearby. The owners are nice and waited for us as we came a bit later than previously communicated. The terrace is spacious and I was surprised it's so big for the single apartment. The bedrooms are huge and not hot in the late summer (the room in my picture has 3 windows, not just one). The kitchen has the basics, including full-sized fridge, induction stovetop, coffee machine, and an oven. We came by bicycles and there was just enough room for them under the common stairs to the apartment. I wish to come back, maybe with friends, to have this as a base for exploring the surrounding hills with bicycles.

To be honest, there quite literally was nothing to not like. When I arrived, the owner came to meet me and since I don't speak any Italian he also had his sister come and help with the translation if needed. So from the start I felt really taken care of and the place was amazing, I had the room with the private balcony and bathroom. The place was really clean, breakfast was offered every morning, even when I asked the owner if there was a possibility to iron my clothes, I received a message an hour later that they left me everything for ironing behind the door. They were really caring and sweet and I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Extremely spacious apartment in the heart of the city, beautiful, clean, comfortable. Free parking is available a few minutes' walk away. There is no kitchen, but we didn't need it.

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

Beautiful building and excellent facilities in apartment. Great central location but very peaceful. Gianfranco was very helpful and friendly and his recommendation of Trattoria Due Gemelli was fantastic- delicious food. Highly recommend staying here..

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment located right in the city center. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The landlord was exceptionally kind and responsive—always available to assist us with our requests , no matter the time. His warm and helpful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. The room was always kept clean despite my stay being long. The surroundings are quiet. They also provide fresh water, fruits, and homemade sweets everyday. I would visit the same place if I go to L'aquila again.
