The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs. The room is well-equipped and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Located directly by the sea, the property offers easy access to a sandy beach and a promenade ideal for long walks. Follonica provides an authentic Italian experience, as it is not heavily frequented by foreign tourists. Its proximity to numerous sightseeing destinations across Tuscany, as well as to beautiful beaches toward Punta Ala, makes it an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Finding a parking spot near the apartment can be challenging; however, there are several spaces reserved exclusively for guests directly in front of the building.

Absolutely everything. The staff and owners / managers were amazing. We could not have asked for more attention. It was so lovely to speak to real people instead of 'no contact'. They went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Even with language limitations on both sides we all managed to communicate easily and laugh together.

We had a great stay in the Il Gato room. It was spotless and so clean. I love all the small details they thought of to make sure our night was restful. The air-conditioning helped perfectly to temper the summer heat and the homemade cakes for breakfast were lovely (if you can, take the pear cake! It was moist and tasty).

    The apartment is located in the center of Follonica. Perfect for a couple or a family with children. Perfect for a longer trip, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The only thing to improve is the Internet, which didn't work very well, but the host is willing to make changes ;)

    We stayed at this cozy house and really enjoyed it. The yard was nice, and it was great for relaxing. The beach was only a 5-10 minute walk away which was super convenient. Our family room was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony that we liked a lot. The best part was Marco, the owner. He was really friendly and even helped us pay for parking. We felt very welcome because of him. Hope we'll come back some day

    It’s a very nice apartment with two bedrooms and two balconies. The keys never get lost as you can leave them in the locker with a PIN code. The beach, restaurants and playgrounds are easily reached on foot. Trenino and Bimbolandia were a big hit for the children. We will be back!

    The food was excellent a perfect location for our honeymoon. The staff are exceptional and very attentive. The hotel is beautiful rooms cleaned twice daily. It’s especially good for children too.

    If you go, you will have fun, relax and have a good time. This is certain. However, they could do better in the restaurant and in some other small details. It is recommendable, mainly if you are going with children.

    Everything was absolutely fine, housekeeping worked, everything was great, great cocktails in the bar, but in the room there was a very inferior, dangerous teapot that did not have a switch off after the water had finished boiling, then it could not even be picked up, when traveling with small children it's a big problem with children. There is no coffee maker in the room!!! In Italy, I would expect different amenities in the room due to the price of the accommodation and the classification of the hotel. The breakfasts were great.
