The Palazzi is a hotel with a special charm. The old-fashioned design and furniture was fully compensated by extremely friendly staff, tasty food and sea views. The atmosphere was very cosy and warm, staff were really attentive and helpful.

Hotel Majorca is a family managed and the family vibes is very much present and make you feel like at home. The breakfast is on buffet and it is very reach of choice and it is possibile to chose savory and sweet. They are very lean to satisfy every request and this shows a great understanding of what customer service is and how it should be managed in a business. It is very lovely to see how a mum can mange work and caring for the children and never losing a smile.

The location was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular our waiter Gioello, "Joe", helped with suggestions as to where we could visit. The hotel was clean, food good and overall very well organised.

From the moment we walked into the hotel and the lovely lady on Reception took our bags to our room whilst we parked the car, we felt very welcome here. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options and the eggs and bacon were cooked freshly to order. Our room was lovely and the good sized balcony had a view over the pool and a side view of the sea. The garden area next to the breakfast dining room was a very nice addition. The nearest beach area to the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk on a winding path down the hillside and the hotel also provide a shuttle bus to a beach area nearer to the main town which we didn't use on this occasion. There is a bar in the hotel and Eric was a great host each evening and was always keen to find out how we had spent our day! My wife injured her ankle walking back to the hotel one evening and Eric provided some ice and the ladies and gentleman on Reception gave us information about the nearest Pharmacy which we were very grateful for. We will, all being well, be back to stay in this hotel again as we were very well looked after.

We decided to spend a few days in the Italian “Riviera”, a lovely area located on the Italian Adriatic coast. In the few days that we spent there we decided to visit the neighboring cities of Cattolica and Riccione and we were happy to find out that the hotel is located in one of the prime spots of the region. Compared to the surrounding areas Gabicce is by far the quietest and most reserved. During our stay, we took advantage of the Spa and were able to enjoy a wonderful couples massage. The hotel has one of the best restaurants I have been in Italy; every day we were able to enjoy fresh seafood and the best pasta! What really made us love the Hotel were the amazing sunsets that can be seen from the several terraces. The hotel staff was also kind enough to organize a convenient private transfer back to the Airport. We really wanted to thank the two sisters who own and manage the hotel for having personally made sure that everything was on point during our stays. We will for sure come back and spend more time next time.

Very hospitable staff. Clean. Very close to the sea. Animal friendly.. Delicious food. Good sized swimming pool. Close to shops etc. Safe area. Solo female traveller made very welcome.
