This place is beautifully located with the most incredible scenery across the valley with immaculate gardens and grounds. The manager, Susannah was super helpful and kind throughout our short stay ensuring all our needs were met and exceeded. It is so nice to find a place where dogs are accommodated with care and thought allowing the whole family to enjoy a relaxing time! The breakfast was all homemade with delicious cakes and the most incredible fig jam! All in all I would highly recommend a stay of at least two nights to enjoy the stunning swimming pool and see the surrounding area. We will return!

The location is very central. The apartment is desinged beautifully with vintage furnitures, heating system and a new practical kitchen. The matresses and the pillows are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming. The fridge is stocked with fruits,milk and drinks. The area is quite and the view from the bedrooms is beautiful. The only part that could be better is that the bedroom is not 100% dark in the morning. There is a bit of light coming in from the windows and the additional heater makes a light sound while it's being on. I would go back again.

This is a wonderful stay for pilgrims on the Via di Francesco. Very cosy and comfortable apartment, good quality and impeccably clean linen, comfy beds and pillows, efficient kitchen, plenty of hot water and a modern mini-split heating/cooling system! The host, Alessendro, is exceptionally kind and attentive. He personally greeted us and carried our suitcases upstairs. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous place . over looking the lake , nice neighbourhood who were very friendly . Apartment was clean tidy and had all we wanted. he also has a Resturant around the corner which you have to go to to taste the local food.
