The whole lodging is quite new, there is ample communal spaces you can enjoy e.g. semi open corridor with table and chairs, big kitchen, dinner area with big TV equipped Youtube etc, a big terrace with cover and table & chairs. The lady owner Maria is so kind to gave us traveling and transport advice even she can speak very little English, there is no problem by using internet translator. The man-owner is also very kind, he purposedly brought fresh croissant in the morning to us during our 2 days stay even though our booking does not include breakfast. The public transport is very convenient to this properties, the M1 Metro Station Chiaiano is just 10 minutes walk, then it can take you to downtown Naples, it's really very convenient. As a bonus, Maria was so kind to give us a ride from the properties to the M1 Metro Station Chiaiano on our arrival day and showed us the way to the metro station, she is so kind and helpful. In fact, she offered to give us a ride again the next day, we insisted we can go by ourself to avoiding bother her too much ! Also Maria shared her fresh own-grown strawberry to my friend every morning, she is really very kind. Another bonus, there is ample parking space in this premises and it is behind the gate, so it is a very safe and convenient parking for your car. We will come back again next time we visit Naples

I travelled to meet friends. The hotel was ideally located for this. Check-in was swift. Bonus that all the stuff spoke English and were very helpful. The room was a good sized one, it was very, very clean and all the appliances were working. The breakfast was also good. I would say there again for sure.

Very cozy, clean, with all what it takes for a very comfortable stay, 15 min walk from train Station, very quiet area, interesting town with small streets, old buildings , beautiful views and very sweet, warm and welcoming people, loved the food, loved the dialect and listening to the beautiful unique Napoletan accent 😍we have extended our stay 3 times, and stayed 6 days at the end. worth the stay. the city has access to all directions by train 40 min to Napoli and 1.30 h to Salerno and just 10 minutes to Caserta where u can visit the old town and the Regal Castle. 👍 Thank you!
