This B&B is part of a beautiful house on the hills of Imperia. The bedroom and the private bathroom are comfortable and of good size. The owners, Teresa and his husband, have been amazing in helping with any requests and always up for a chat! Breakfast is very abundant and served in a beautiful garden overlooking the sea. I totally recommend this place for whoever is looking for a quiet and relaxing place with easy access to the area’s main attractions. Bear in mind that a car is needed to reach the B&B, but parking space is available and free of charge.

If you are travelling around western Italy, this is definitely a place worth staying at. The most wonderful hosts, Anna and Gaetano, made sure we felt at home. As they live right next door, they were always helpful, yet discreet. The flat has its own garden and a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding hills. You can sit for hours and just stare out at the view. The house is equipped with everything you need, including a private parking space. It is a pet-friendly place. It is located not far from the centre of Imperia (several supermarkets with everything you need are just a few minutes' drive away). Driving up the hill may seem challenging at first, but after a few times it becomes an interesting experience. A great base for shorter and longer trips on the Italian and French sides of the border. Dear Anna and Gaetano, thank you very much for your warm welcome. We will definitely see each other again!

Beautiful chic spot. Had the place to myself. Comfy bed, good shower and reliable aircon. What more could you ask for. Alberto’s lovely son, Pietro, was super helpful and a lovely guy. He welcomed me in and gave good recommendations for the local area

Huge surprise because of the services in comparison to hotel category: just 1 star but it's better than a lot of 3 stars hotels. Free parking, wide, clean and quiet room, close to Imperia historical center as well as all main services and a breakfast that was simply F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C!! Possibility to take pets for just 5€ more, and the hotel provides a blanket and bowls directly in the room. Hope to come back soon!

    Everything was fine, the room was big and it was space for all of us, (2 adults and 3 kids), bed were comfortable, kitchen was ok, the balcony was big enough to have a dinner outside. Air conditioning was working well and it was wonderful when you are back from a hot day on the beach.

    Very friendly and flexible staff. Nice compound (park - swimming pool). Well maintained. Clean. Breakfast ; odd composition (cold food only/pie as breakfast?), but staff kindly helped us to adjust a bit for our needs Nice swimming pool, but only open until 19:00-19:30 Bungalow : clean but basic. Airco available. Kitchen too small for a family with 3 children Wifi not great

    Breathtaking wiew of the sea from the Villa!!  We spent here our fantastic holyday with our friends and children , very clean new Villa , friendly staff , the host (Sabrina) she was very helpful, playground for kids very huge green space vareiety of flowers and colours also a beautiful view of San Lorenzo Pier, with heated swimming pool and also there is a sauna !!! Furniture are high quality,  A paradise.. We will come back again!
