The property and the room are very modern, clean and comfortable with an open space for sharing with other guests. Conveniently located in the centre of town with free coffee and croissant at a nearby cafe included. Good bed and shower, staff pleasant, and accommodating ( via text and on arrival). Worked well for us for our overnight stay.

Livia and her sister were so very welcoming and kind. We had a bit of difficulty finding the apt but when we called, Livia came to meet us. She gives us the keys and oriented us to the place. This was the best bed I’ve slept in yet. I woke up with no back pain! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back!

The apartment is in a great location and has been renovated with great taste. The room are spacious and so was the private bathroom. The beds and pillow were good quality and really comfortable (to me, mattresses are a very personal thing). The common area is very nice - there's a basic kitchen set, tables, and 2 sofas. There's free coffee/tea provided, as well as the breakfast in the bar downstairs (basic italian breakfast - coffee and a cornetto). I can't say enough good things about the host. Umberto went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and had a couple very thoughtful gestures that speak to the kind of person he is: I'm from Argentina, so one morning he showed up with a smile on his face and showed me he had bought a sleeve of Nespresso's Buenos Aires lungo just for me. He also went to the store and bought various food options for my last breakfast, knowing I would checkout really early and everything would be closed, and left it for me at the apartment. I am sure I will be staying there again whenever I go back to CB.

A good B&B in the center of Campobasso. The host, Maryna, was very helpful in finding spots to eat and on finding parking. The breakfast was okay, and very good the last 2 days.
