The hostis very cute. Clean and big place. Everything is here to feel at home. There is a wave of cooking equipment. Planty games for children. In the month of Martz it was rather cool but we come from a hot country. 25 min to Florence by car.

We had an incredible 6 nights here. The hosts were very accomodating and gave us amazing suggestions that we may not have otherwise thought of. The breakfast each morning was varied, and extremely delicious - a great way to start your morning in Tuscany. Cannot recommend highly enough! We recommend learning a few basic Italian words to aid in communicating with the hosts :-).

Our stay at Torre a Cona was an excepional experience! The property is stunning, surrounded by beautiful landscapes that create a serene atmosphere. The highlight of our trip was definitely the wine tasting and walking tour through the vineyards with Maxime. His passion for wines and extensive knowledge made the experience truly special. We learned a lot about the local winemaking process and the unique characteristics of the region's wines, all while enjoying the breathtaking views of the vineyards! Licio is a wonderful, friendly host, always willing to help and provide advice. The outside area has a great view down the valley. Although Strada is not a big town, this was a wonderful base to explore Chianti and Florence from. Good restaurants nearby but we also liked the ability to self-cater. Apartment is spacious with a sleeping area and a sitting room.
