The location and facilities is perfect for cycling, hiking, etc or simply seat back, relax and shutdown. Garden and Spa, beautifully setup, I give 10 points to it. The evening dinner is amazing, not regreted taking the half-board package.

Excellent in every way. Well trained, pleasant and efficient staff who clearly take their lead from the owner, who could not have been more attentive. Everything of the highest quality. We were demi-pension with a limited menu for dinner ... but, still lovely choices, beautifully cooked.

Amazing dinner and breakfast. All the food are extraordinary. The vegetables and fruits are all organic and have real taste. It is not the same thing at the supermarket. Best breakfast that i ever had this year.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Merano, Steinach Townhouse Meran is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

Everything! The attention to detail covers every level here. From the rapid response to communication, to the arrival, the whole building is exceptional. Barbara welcomed us every morning to breakfast and made us feel truly special, such lovely people running the place. The breakfast was soooo good! And be sure to check out their restaurant Sissi in the town during your stay!

The breakfast was gorgeous, really an amazing spread of fresh and local ingredients, and dried fruits and müesli, and a juicer, and an omelette and crepe chef -4 kinds of butter. Really amazing! Warm reception and friendly staff. The dinners were also great - as parents to 2 kids, we usually go for simple restaurants with kid-pleasing fare - but the dinner menu was truly fabulous, gourmet chef style, amazing choices where everyone could find something delicious and to their tastes, and a wonderful salad and appetizer buffet to accompany the dinner menu. And the kids had nice simpler options as well, and then could go downstairs to the playroom and let us enjoy the rest of our courses. The family room with a special kid bedroom was just what we needed, and the balconies were my favorite - unbelievable views. The pools and saunas were also wonderful - easily accessible even by elevator, great for my parents who were with us - the indoor pool is not huge but was just right for us to play and swim a bit with the kids, and even in October we could swim in the heated pool outdoors. (One is heated, one is not). I loved the gym - always makes vacation feel a little better when I can get a few workouts in. I didn't make it to the yoga hour, will have to save that for next time! Thank you guys for a lovely stay, our first time in South Tyrol and we will definitely be back!!

The host! She was amazing! And her English is way better than she thinks it is. She was truly lovely as was the cleaning person who tried to help me make a coffee despite speaking zero English The location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Meirano but a short and free bus ride away The facilities. I loved the common room that you can use if you want and especially the coffee and drinks bar that operates on the honor system The pool and the grounds. Big. Clean. Beautiful. Totally unexpected The quiet!!!! Sleeping was uninterrupted. No noise at all and comfy bed The value for money. Relatively speaking, this was great value for money. We booked for 2 nights and extended for 2 more The hiking. Wonderful and varied. Walked through apple orchards and vineyards. Took "the basket" lift up the hill - an unforgettable experience

The most beautiful suite in Merano. The most incredible location and room. The room was incredibly spacious, modern and seemed brand new! The suite was soo clean and included gorgeous spacious bathrooms (one in each room) and even an extra bed in a little nook. Beautifully designed and so functional! The kitchen and living room area was especially beautiful - big, spacious, practical and amazing for a family. I really appreciated how accommodating and amazing the hosts were. We will be back!!!
