This villa is lovely and, as the description says, is a charming country house with pool. It is a short drive to the beach. The gardens are fabulous. We had great fun in the pool which is a great size for a family. The pool side loungers, umbrellas and the covered area are really wonderful. We also loved the rooftop terrace and had many early morning coffees and evening meals up there. It's gorgeous. The instructions to get the villa were perfect and brought us right to the gate. The roof terrace was wonderful. A bbq up here would be a fantastic addition - even a gas one for the moment! We cooked in the kitchen a few evenings and brought the food upstairs. The constant supply of hot water from the solar panels is excellent. Stefan and Lilli were fantastic to deal with. Anything we needed was sorted very quickly.

Could not fault this property at all. The house is beautiful and the owner is super friendly and helpful.. very good communication. We even arrived to a fruit basket and 2 bottles🥹 We used the house as a base to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and Florence via trains. The house also has everything you will need and more, 5 min walk to the beach.

Îl Volo is a nice vila with an awesome scenery. You are on the mountain and you could see the sea and sourrandings, am excepțional view.. The owners are warm an welcoming people. All was over my expectation. My family also enjoy a lot . I recomand without hesitation this property. It was a memorabie holiday.

Beautiful outdoor spaces. Comfortable indoor spaces with modern kitchen. Each bedroom has an en-suite. Overall a lovely property which worked well for our party of 10 ladies. Our host allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, which really helped with our logistics. Our host recommended a chef, Vedant, who was brilliant and very accommodating.

    This wonderful family run hotel is a gem. Alessio and Chiara made our stay so special. The little touches and attention to detail are perfect and show the love they have for their hotel. Well located for attending the Puccini opera with only a short drive. Thank you 😊

    Nicely renovated, charming house, with aircon and a comfy swimming pool with crystalclear water. The host is very nice, she prepared a bottle of Prosecco and dessert for us which we enjoyed after a long drive when we arrived. Coffee was available for us during our whole stay. The location of the apartment is excellent if you arrive by car. Nice view from the garden, a few minutes drive from Viareggio which has a long beach suitable for families. Local shop and a coffeshop is also close by. There is free parking. I would come again.

    We liked the location with the beautiful view. The house was huge for one family with 3 kids. Even 2 families might stay there. The equipment was ok. We would not hesitate to come again.
