We arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly and parked the car in the garage. For dinner, a table with our names was waiting for us - this is very nice because you understand that they were waiting for you. The cuisine is wonderful - everything is exquisite and delicious. After dinner, we heard music and went to the bar. There was a man with a very pleasant voice singing and playing. There were couples in love around, a fireplace was burning and the atmosphere was warm and magical. In the morning we tried breakfast. A good choice for all tastes. There is even sturgeon caviar for gourmets. We also visited the pool. We had a very good swim. There is a sauna. Wonderful recreation areas near the pool. There are lemonades everywhere to quench your thirst. So 1. Perfect cleanliness. The hotel is super new. Interesting locations, panoramic view, new design. 2. A very young team works. Thank you to the owner that gives young people a chance to have a job! Everyone is very polite. Everyone who works there, I will say again - thanks to your work, your smiles, you create an atmosphere of rest and relaxation for us. Thank you for this! 3. Special thanks for the fabulous sweet table with dozens of sweets. We were stunned by the number of cakes. 4. When leaving, we were given panettone for the road - a small gift, but looking at it, I keep the memory of a great vacation. We will definitely come back to you and will be happy to recommend you to others. Thank you.

Breakfast was so delicious. The owner lady was giving us a zip bag to pack in case we’re hungry in the afternoon. The mountain view from the room was amazing. I can take photos for sunrise, sunset and night views without going out!

The owner is very kind. The house is beautiful, and the apartment is very spacious. Even though it is close to the highway, the bedroom is very quiet. I wish we could spend more time here, there are so many options for activities: hiking, biking, climbing, and visiting Bolzano's famous Ötzy Museum. I hope to be back one day with my family or friends for a longer stay.

A stunning hotel property located on the most beautiful Italian street. The location is perfect for trips and sights around the north. The rooms are beautifully decorated with lots of storage space (which is usually lacking in most hotels!), with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff are all very friendly and speak very good English. We only had breakfast one morning of our 5 night stay as we were so busy out exploring each day early, but what we did have was really good food. The spa is also a very nice addition at the end of a busy day hiking to use.
