Hostess is very kind and supportive, in fact you feel yourself like visiting close friends or even relatives, but not just rented apartment. She was very kind and helpful. The apartments surprised me with their cozyness and order. All the details are thought out for the comfort of the guests. Everything in the house is of good quality. There is no feeling that everything will be fine for the tourist :). Very comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioners. It was very comfortable for 6 adults (+1 kid) with 3 different sleeping areas. The place was clean and had every facility one might need during holidays. On top the parking place was included in the price and was very secure. Pietro was a nice host, he was punctual and gave us some tips. Venice was reachable by car (or bus) not even 20 min.
