The place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to main attractions and shops. Very nice, quiet apartment around 15mins walk from centre of Modena ( 30 mins to train station) Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. TV with Netflix. A very nice pasticceria just round the corner for croissants and other bakery goods in the morning and very nice cakes. Loads of good places to eat in Modena with recommendations from the owner, who is lovely. A kettle and some mugs rather than coffee cups would have made it perfect, but we managed to make tea with a pan! Unfortunately due to recent rain the garden area was a bit muddy to use, but on drier times would have been nice. Lots of places to see in Modena and easy to get to Bologna, Parma and Mantova by train.

Exceptional. What a joy it was to stay at this property. A great location on a nice quiet street, very central. Very tastefully decorated and so homely. You have absolutely everything you need at your fingertips. Breakfast well catered for. Beautiful outlook of Modena rooftops from the upper floor which is very like a gallery. A lovely feel from the minute we walked in. The host was just lovely and so incredibly helpful. Both my husband and I agreed it was just perfect for us. We were reluctant to leave.
