From all the accommodations I have ever rented in this app (for some years), BB Il benvenuto is the best package I ever had. The hosts treated me like their own family, their breakfast was delicious, they kindly offered me transport from Loreto train station to their place and vice versa, and the house is impeccable, with a very nice garden. Nowadays, it is extremely rare to encounter this type of kindness. Thank you for everything and it was absolutely a pleasure to meet you!

A very pleasant stay in a very good location with walking distance to the city center and the main attractions of Loreto. The apartment is very nice, clean and fully equipped. The owner was very friendly and met us on our arrival. We would like to stay here again.

The location was excellent, near The autostrada and Loreto. Also near a supermarket. The breakfast was excellent, best coffee we have had in Italy. Fabulous cornetti. Marco was so helpful and a perfect host. His breakfast was perfect. He told us about the house and it’s restoration. It is very nicely renovated. Very dog friendly with a fenced in garden. Safe parking with electric gates. Beyond our expectations and will return.

The location in the heart of Montelupone is very convenient. There is an excellent restaurant in the building with a great selection of food and there are a lot of special events. We were at an artichoke vs. wine event, which was great and we could taste several dishes with local artichokes and local wine. Leonardo translated everything for us. Everybody was friendly and accommodating, we felt welcomed. Breakfast was amazing! A few parking spaces are in front of the building or outside of town walls not far away. The room is good size with beautiful views to the countryside.
