Everything was perfect. House was very clean and quiet and has everything you need. We stayed 5 nights. 10 minutes drive to trainstation to get to Rome. The view from the balcony is amazing!

Even if it is quite difficult to find because there is none street number, and it is located far outside the village, the place is worth the travel and the money. It is absolutely quiet, and the view is breathtaking thanks to its elevated point of view on all the valley for several tens kilometers. The room is big with a bigger terrace with the same point of view. Franscesca was nice.

Stopped here overnight while walking the camino. Very comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and got to practise my italian. The set menu was delicious. Would recommend.

Magnificent family hosts at this location. Very friendly, very clean and accommodating. Nice views and close to Tivoli and Rome. We (a family of 4) really enjoyed our stay here. Kids loved the pool.

The hotel is a few minutes from the A1 highway. The room was very very clean and breakfast was very good. Very kind stuff. The restaurant was close and I wasn't informed of this during my booking. After my stay the manager called me to apologize about the inconvenience. It was an expected event and they were not able to advise in advance.
