The host was fantastic with communication regarding arriving at the apartment. The apartment had everything you needed as the host went above & beyond with personal touches.. You were close to the train & bus station, therefore making it easy to get about .

We had a great stay here for 1 night. Giovanni was very good at communicating before we arrived and greeted us at the property. There was secure parking available. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to access the main town and surrounding areas. The street was very quiet and the area very very safe. We would definitely recommend this for a stay in Perugia!

We were surprised and enjoyed every moment, including the house, the spaces, the design, the lovely couple who hosted us in a generous and kind way. The fine food that the owner's sister cooked. The pleasantness and the beautiful hospitality that Sima and Novolo gave us a feeling of home. Already dreaming of the next time to wake up in the morning to nature, peace and quiet. It is a house of Love.

The rooms were lovely in a big stately house up in the hills with far reaching views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The grounds are immense but we were only there for one night so didn't get the chance to explore. There is a pool area but again that only opens in May (I believe) and we were there in April. My daughter and I would definitely stay there again.

The friendly and approachable liy and team were just great.the quiet and peaceful gardens with such a great pool and of course the weather.get to lake tresimore and take the boat to isolo maggiore and take a much shorter trip to corciano.both so good.

I am sorry I only stayed one night. The location is 10 minuets by car from central Perugia and is a very easy drive. The grounds are lovely and would make an ideal place to stay to explore the area. The house is extremely clean and the grounds are very nicely kept. The staff is helpful with restaurants and travel advise in the area. I will come back to use this hotel as my hub to explore this beautiful region

Lovely small agriturismo development with three rental units. We had the largest one with two bedrooms and three bathrooms - space for additional beds downstairs as well, though we did not need them. Franco & Luciana were delightful hosts and looked after us very well. The whole place is absolutely immaculate and generally pretty well-equipped. Luciana provided excellent breakfasts with fresh pastries each morning. Everything was very comfortable and we really enjoyed staying here.

Mr Mauro and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Rooms were clean, cosy and breakfast was delicious. Very close to all local attractions(there is even a direct bus to Perugia). I have been invited to his birthday event which took place in the local library with all his friends and neighbors. It was really interesting experience to spend some time with local residents. The society in Ripa really takes care about the castle and they keep it alive and cultural every day. 10/10
