Superb location, just on the main square, but very quiet thanks to double glass window. The room was very spacious, high ceiling, vintage style, but very comfortable. Very good breakfast. I can recommend without any hesitation!

When we arrived , we were shocked at how beautiful the villa was, every corner was well tended to and restored beautofully while maintaining the ancient charm of the place ... with a beautiful pool overlooking all the tuscan scenery.. The owner alessandro and his sons were very nice and accomodating The room is great, perfect size witg very comfortable bed and the views from the windows were amazing, we slept with the windows open and felt the beautiful cold breeze all night It was amazing to sit in one of the many corners of the villa garden and enjoy a bottle of wine late at night It was a place out of a fairytale book

We loved this stay managed by a very nice family. It was clean and we especially enjoyed the pool with views of San Gimignano which is approx 20 mins away. The breakfast was served at our private terrace according to what we ordered and was amazing. We also received tips for nearby restaurants that we really appreciated.
