The apartment is large and very comfortable. On ground floor, with a large terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Half hour walk to the Duomo ( but a steep hill to start with). Supermarkets ( Lidl and Eurospin) within a kiliometre. We only had one night but it would make a great base for exploring Umbria, staying for a week or more.

Everything was above expectations: a new, well equipped and spotless apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets in windows, outdoor dining under olive trees, beautifull clean pool with panoramic views and horses , of course. We spent perfect holidays here, the apartment was great strating point for various nice excursions and trips both to the nature and Umbria towns and villages.

Lovely apartment on large property in the countryside. Large pool, very clean, with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. Great spot to relax for a couple of days. Comfortable beds. Bathroom with a view!

Fantastic location. 200 meters from the escalators that lead to the center of the old town. Lovely staff. The host Pietro was very charming and helpful, meeting all our needs. Large room, large bed. Very clean shower and toilet. Everything was clean and tidy as if we were the first to stay there. European breakfast. Free coffee and water throughout the stay. Highly recommend to those coming to Spoleto.

The location was perfect for exploring Spoleto, the apartment was comfortable and the number of restaurants nearby was amazing. We caught the train to nearby towns -super easy.

A beautiful property right in the heart of Spoleto. Loved the design of old meets new, very spacious and comfortable. Early check-in was also made possible and very easy too. We did not cook during our stay but the kitchen area was modern & clean. Perfect location for walking La Rocca each morning & for caffe/aperitivi in the nearby piazza.
