- we were really surprised by the level of comfort this place offered - the equipment and furnishing of the house were top-notch - prepared just as each of us would do for ourselves - the hosts were super nice - no problems with free space on a public parking lot (just next to the apartment) - lots of greenery around the house and great window shutters meant we hardly used the air conditioning - complete and undamaged mosquito nets (zanzariere) on all 6 windows, without exceptions:) thank you one more time for you hospitality - we've spent a great time there:)

A fantastic house in a great village with all basic shops and restaurants. Villa was clean, the pool was cleaned everyday without fail. Air con was a lifesaver in the Tuscan heat. The hosts were fantastic, thank you for a great trip

Very nice comfortable and modern place. Very clean and the room was a good size. Bathroom and shower are impeccable. We were able to park our two motorcycles in the garage. Very nice hostess.

Staff was truly concerned about our comfort, and made knowledgable suggestions for touring. The pool is lovely. In fact the entire property is loaded with unique artifacts. The shared kitchen provides additional space, as well as options for cooking.

Everything. The location was fantastic. Easily is the best location within the walls of Montecarlo. We really enjoyed the cozy courtyard immediately outside the building. The owners went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel exceptionally welcome. The room was charming and well presented. We were even lucky enough to have the only room with a small private balcony. The breakfast was the best we have had during our time in Italy. They put on homemade pastries, cakes, yoghurt and granola as well as more. We would highly recommend making the most of the fantastic wine available whilst playing a game of chess in the courtyard. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Btw there is a gelato place just 80 meters a way tha served amazing ice cream!

Great. Simply great. Hosts very nice, helpful, reacting immidiately on every even small problem. House itself is very nice. Clean, well equipped (in kitchen you can find every equipment and tool). All equipment is brand new. 3 levels, 2 bathrooms plus extra toilet. Huge garden and big pool. Place outside with table to spend time. The olny thing was missing in my opinion is umbrella on pool however we used ours that we carry to the beach. But this is nothing to talk about. PS. A lot of wild rabbits in nearby (also in the garden) was attraction for kids.
