We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Very clean, silent and a good place if you want to stay in the mountains. The manager Lorenzo was very kind, The breakfast was over Italian standards, with cheese, eggs, and ham, very delicious. The hotel may not be a good selection for a stopover. the road especially from the Lugano side was interesting but also very very curvy and narrow. I would definitely stay again but not for a stopover.

The staff was absolutely helpful, the nature and the place is super quiet and relaxing, dogs are welcome even in the restaurant and the food is simply amazing, hand made pastas, pizzas , lovely starters and the home made tiramisu is wow 👌🏻

The staffs were excellent and the restaurant below had the best tiramisu I've ever tried in Italy. it was our last stop after a 15days trip in italy. The breakfast was top notch. I definitely recommend this place.
