Very nice new room. Host Giovanna very nice. No English but young lady translated everything. I was met at B&B when I arrived and given keys. Nice welcome. Parked car in church car park overnight. Just over the road. Comfortable bed. Wifi good. Bathroom nice. Restaurant about 300m walk.

Really good sized room which was very clean, light and, with it being 29°C outside, cool. The staff were very attentive and, despite our limited Italian, were very helpful. I am coeliac but the hotel was able to provide a full and varied breakfast.

Situated half an hour from the coast in the old town or Tortora, this is a little hidden gem. Fabulous friendly hosts. Incredible breakfast which included home baked local goods and very reasonably priced evening meal (5 courses) featuring local cuisine. I wasn’t looking for this place . It was a stopover on my way through to Rome from the South. I will definitely be back. Excellent value for money Photos taken from top of the village at dusk of a misty winter evening. Returned for a second stay this visit on my way back from Sicily as it was such a positive experience on my way south. Roberto made me feel as at home as the first visit. There is a focus on simple, healthy items all made in-house and delicious. The location is 5 minutes off the autostrada, yet it is quiet and feels like a world apart. I will be back.
