The apartment is right in the main piazza in Modena, walking distance to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the facilities were perfect. The service was super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. They also gave us discounts for both the restaurant (which serves amazing food) and the bakery. I suggest to stay away from the latter as it’s impossible not to order everything: from their typical modenese cakes, to panini, home-made pasta and pastries!! Finger licking stuff!

This was our second visit to this lovely b&b. The owners are incredibly welcoming, the rooms are stylishly decorated and sitting out in the beautiful garden in the evening is just magical. Oh and the breakfast is superb! We had a complicated special request this visit and Laura and Andrea were wonderful. I highly recommend this place - we will most definitely be back !

We were met by the owner on arrival who offered us a glass of wine before showing us to our room. This was generously sized with a very comfortable bed and a humongous, well-equipped, stylish bathroom. We were only staying for a night (a pity) and had driven all the way from Rome so didn't fancy going into Mantua for dinner. Instead the owner recommended a fantastic pizza restaurant five minutes away that really did the job. The next morning we were served a wonderful breakfast, all freshly prepared and including homemade cake, what could be better?

Alhough the House is Originated from the 15th century, , inside was Full comfortable , really clean and well equipped. The internal layout was sophisticated and professional. The old town was only a few minutes walk far from the house. the owners were waiting for us with a tasty surprise.

Very welcoming host in an elegant family home with a beautiful garden and pool, close to the cycle path along the Po. We were very grateful that, because we needed a very early start the next morning, the host laid out an abundant breakfast for us the night before.
