The host! She was amazing! And her English is way better than she thinks it is. She was truly lovely as was the cleaning person who tried to help me make a coffee despite speaking zero English The location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Meirano but a short and free bus ride away The facilities. A real hidden gem in Merano. Lovely boutique style small hotel/B&B. Excellent choice of breakfast. As this is situated in shopping area parking is in local 24 hour carpark at a cost. Hotel information clearly give info. Not a problem and very convenient. Staff are very helpful too.

It is honestly the best hotel staff I ever encountered, very friendly and welcoming people, the rooms are clean ,modern and has new furniture .The location is very good you open the door the the city centre, we were afraid of the load noise of the night life but actually it was good and safe.
