First of all, Nicola is such a nice person renting out this special and beautiful house, very helpful tips for activities and very considerate. Perfectly located with nice calm ocean for little kids, and crystal clear water also to enjoy for the bigger kids ;) also grocery store and restaurants right next to it, so everything there for a hassle free vacation. The interior of the house is so tastefully decorated, we loved it, good atmosphere and also practical with mosquito nets on some windows and airconditioning, so even in a heatwave we were all comfortable and didnt mind staying inside in the middle of the day to avoid the heat a bit and we even enjoyed the view. We would love to return one day.

We loved our 2 night stay at this property. Great communication from the team and the room was excellent. On the ground floor it opened onto a small internal courtyard and was very quiet and peaceful. It was spacious, stylish and comfortable. Great bathroom with an electric Velux window. Tea-making facilities and mini fridge in the room and there’s an attractive communal breakfast area where you can make yourself a coffee. Good aircon/heating system built in. As it was a quiet time of year we were given vouchers for breakfast at our an excellent local bar which suited us perfectly. Cabras is a great town - highly recommend a drink at the Bar Time Spritzeria - Maurizio is a talented barman!

Local street was very quiet and parking was always easy. The bed was very comfortable with actually good pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. Several picturesque beaches were within a half-hour drive from this place, which is exactly why we came here.

The swimming pool is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant deserves a Michelin star! The servers there were very professional and the food is impeccable. Lovely little gem in Sardinia. Love it!
