The hostess was very friendly and punctuate in providing us the keys and explain the facilities in the rooms. 2. The flat is well decorated and carefully maintained. Also there is a parking space in the yard (which can accommodate two cars). 3. The location is great. We went to Passo Croce and Forte dei Marmi with our friend's family , nice to hike in one day and enjoy the beach on the other. 4. Their helpfulness and friendliness was exceptional. Our first floor balcony had an excellent view of the mountains where Michelangelo sourced his marble. The ambience of the garden for breakfast was charming with appreciated details like fresh orange juice. Lamberto was so friendly and accommodating, the room was lovely, comfortable, very clean and perfect for our family of 4. So convenient for everything and just a short drive to the most beautiful beach with mountains in the background. Breakfast was delicious and so fresh. We had all we needed and more.
