This is a fantastic place to stay. Really cosy with great views over the valley. Lying in bed watching the early morning birds swooping was magical. Everything you need. In the old town and only a minute walk from a great bar. Marco is lovely. He came to meet us when he got home from work and with the help of his wonderful daughter, Claudia, translating we had a good chat. This is a place I’d definitely return to.

Absolutely beautiful apartment- and so spacious! The photos online do not do it justice! Everything was immaculately clean and modern. The owners were friendly and helpful, available if we needed anything, but not overbearing. Our boys also loved Theo the dog.

The property is a Bed and Breakfast in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Bracciano. Carla is a very welcoming host and her breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable and tastefully decorated and the pool was so inviting. It’s only a short drive to the town of Trevignano Romano with wonderful restaurants. Also Bracciano is only a short drive with its amazing castle and fabulous restaurants including a Tapas Bar built into the walls of the castle.
