One of those places in Tuscany with which you just quickly fall in love. Location is just perfect as it is close to motorway using which you can quickly get to Siena or to beautiful places in Val d'Orcia. There are an infinite number or places near worth visiting, but it's best to relax and just feel everything in slower pace. You can enjoy nice deck with small pool with a look over Lucignano on nearby hill. Or you can use outdoor kitchen with barbeque. Also, there is an indoor kitchen which is best-equipped I've ever seen on my trips. Combined with local products like pecorino from Pienza or even flour from local Rigomagno mill this gives you a chance to try yourself as cook (and it's very easy with all this in place). And last, but definitely not the least, all this is being run by wonderful family which should be very proud of creating such a heaven.

We truly loved our stay. The owners are very friendly and welcoming; to us and to our two dogs. They gave us an upgrade and it was a pity we could only stay one night. We had the best value for our money. The surroundings are also very nice .

What a great place to stay. A rustic style house set in a small holding of olive trees, flowers and vegetables. A relaxing location to return to after a day out exploring Tuscan towns villages, many of which were within a half hour drive from this great location. The view from the bedroom terrace is stunning. We tended to eat lunch out during our stay but some nights cooked an evening meal and ate out on the back terrace, the owners let us cut some of the rosemary, parsley and basil growing in the garden for cooking. Fabrizio gave us advice on sightseeing and told us about a park and ride tram stop called Villa Constanza when we visited Florence. Our hosts were great and friendly, didn't intrude but were there to help with any requests we had.

The best place we could ever find there. The apartment is new, clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. No matter if it's one night or longer stay. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. Bathroom well maintained, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The positive vibe of our host Cosimo were the last detail you need for great wellcome and he gave it. Even at check-out. Highly recommend!

Excellent place, and a great base for going to towns like Pienza and Montepulciano. Beautiful view from the room, which was equipped with everything you might need during the stay. Bed was super comfortable. And not the least, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks!

It was so nice having the shared kitchen. We used it to make breakfast. The cafe and restaurant downstairs were great. The rooms are modern and check in and out was made easy. The proximity to Pienza, Arezzo, Siena, and Assisi were great as the location is off an amazing highway. Cristina was amazing!
