It was our first stay in a tiny house so we were a bit nervous but we were pleasantly surprised! Arrival was smooth and easy. We had our own car (I believe it would be challenging without) which we could park quite close to the property. Elena welcomed us immediately and showed us the house, which was bigger than what we imagined as the ground level is all living area and the bed is in the loft. We had great weather fortunately so we spent most of the time outside in any case, exploring the towns and vineries nearby. The house is welcoming and clean, the garden is taken care of, Elena is a fantastic host. Overall really enjoyable experience

The room was spacious, clean and confortable. It even had a small terrace where we could drink a glass of wine in the evening. The breakfast was nice, I especially appreciated the no gluten and the vegan options. The host was warm and welcoming. We would definitely return if ever again in Arezzo.

Perfect for a family with 4 kids. Everything was amazing, comfortable and warm apartment. Kitchen was stocked with food and even a warm pizza on arrival. We booked 30 minutes before arriving so no time for the typical cake...maybe next time. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Everything... especially the incredible warmth and hospitality of our host Maurizio. Not only were we kindly picked up by at the train station, but we were given a wealth of historical and cultural information about Arezzo , places to visit and tips on where to dine. Excellent place for the vacation, faraway from the noises of the busy world. Beautiful views, lovely patio to enjoy prosecco in, very good restaurant, excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff. A place to recommend and to come back to. If I'm ever to head Cortona again? I'll surely check their availability.
