Mr Mauro and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Rooms were clean, cosy and breakfast was delicious. Very close to all local attractions(there is even a direct bus to Perugia). I have been invited to his birthday event which took place in the local library with all his friends and neighbors. It was really interesting experience to spend some time with local residents. The society in Ripa really takes care about the castle and they keep it alive and cultural every day. 10/10

The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

We were surprised and enjoyed every moment, including the house, the spaces, the design, the lovely couple who hosted us in a generous and kind way. The fine food that the owner's sister cooked. Emanuela was super kind and gave us a lot of information about Perugia. She helped us book a taxi for the airport and guided us on where to order food from. The place is lovely and super well-kept. Everything was beyond clean and the room smelt amazing. Will definitely recommend a stay here!
