Mr Mauro and his wife welcomed us very warmly. Rooms were clean, cosy and breakfast was delicious. Very close to all local attractions(there is even a direct bus to Perugia). I have been invited to his birthday event which took place in the local library with all his friends and neighbors. It was really interesting experience to spend some time with local residents. The society in Ripa really takes care about the castle and they keep it alive and cultural every day. 10/10

Amazing location. The roof top bedroom was just incredible and the jacuzzi the cherry on top of a very tasty cake. Staff is super nice and helpful.

This place is a great idea for those visiting Assisi! It’s fully renovated, extremely comfortable and clean! We were a group of 7 people and we were all very satisfied with our staying! Can’t help on mentioning Barbara, the host, she is a lovely person, and the recommendations she made were very important during our visit!

This property was wonderful. It was a last minute decision to go to Perugia and we just picked somewhere central with good reviews. It was a great decision. The location is fantastic. The apartment is in an old historic building and has everything you could possibly need plus lots of things that just get forgotten about.. especially for women travelling. So hair straightners, make up remover, conditioner, and a sanitary pack. Plus Debora was available on what’s app when we needed anything and gave great instructions and amazing restaurant recommendations . Oh and the shower was lovely.

I can safely say that this is one of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel is located in a very good location, literally 3 min on foot from the very center of the city, ten minutes from the mini metro that takes you to the main railway station. The hotel is based on a boutique hotel style, so its very moder. The rooms are large and spacious with a number of interesting details. Each room has a Bluetooth sound system where you can play music, which I really liked. Also, the bathroom has a shower, which has a number of options, which is a very nice detail. What particularly surprised me was the free mini bar, which they replenish every day. You can also use their umbrella and many other facilities. We had a paid breakfast which was very good especially for Italy. A large selection of cured meat products, fruits, juices and sweets. It's really worth paying extra for breakfast. In the end, I was particularly impressed by the staff, receptionist Lorenzo, Barbara and Monica. They helped us with recommending restaurants and cafes calling taxis and other things with their kindness they helped a lot to make our trip much easier pleasant and better. I literally have not one bad word to say about this hotel, only words of praise and I would always be happy to return to it.
