Very clean & comfortable, had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Walking distance to old town, in a nice quiet area with street parking. Host Barbara was very helpful with recommendations & communication. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

Superb small hotel in the middle of an Italian old town. Jesi is a bit off the tourist track but this was well worth it. And I dined in a great trattoria with a brilliant chef. All good value and free car parking. I wanted to see where the incredible Constance, Empress & Queen of Sicily gave birth in the public square at 40 in 1194, but no mention. Only the baby, Frederick II of Swabia - hence ‘Svevo’.

Very cozy and comfortable place in the suburbs. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Very nice and helpful owner. Amazing typical italian breakfast. Everything was perfect!

The rooms were very clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and high standard. The kitchen with the fridge was also very useful to have. What also added to the great comfort is the parking option nearby. Having that, it was a great package overall. We also loved the breakfast options and places, tried 2 out of the 3 places.

The apartment was clean, modern. I was there for work, for two weeks, so I was cooking everyday, there was almost everything I needed, there were a few things that missing or not quite right, but when I told the owners, it was sorted out immediately. Parking was on the street, but I never had a problem, even returning from work late in the evening. The apartment is situated close to the old town of Jesi, about 10 minutes walking, well worth a look. There are plenty of supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants nearby. I found it to be perfect for my needs.

Agriturismo Fattoria Del Colle By Enrico is located in Casa Cappanera and features a private pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

Beautiful location, swimming pool, friendly staff, tranquil and relaxing. We were allowed to come 2 hours earlier than check in time and also stay a bit longer.
