Valeria is an amazing host. She made sure that we were comfortable, well rested and well fed before we left. Our room was very comfortable, clean and with great WiFi. Safe parking was available on site - which is a big plus since we travelled with two motorbikes. Grazzie Valeria!

Friendly staff, excellent location and a comfortable room; what more could one need. We only stayed one night in beautiful Parma and we would most certainly stay at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati again. We loved it. Also, the option to leave our luggage after we checked out was wonderful.

Emanuela met me at the train station and oriented me to the apartment. She thoughtfully stocked the apartment with snacks, fruit, water, a bottle of prosecco, spaghetti, tomato sauce, and a package of anchovies, which I had not expected. The kitchen was well equipped and had more than one way/supplies to make coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for me, being very close to the train station and a short walk from the historic center. There was noise at night from the trains, but it wasn't bad.
