The location was convenient to the highway yet private and the beaches a short distance, the hosts lovely and attentive (accommodating some specific food requirements for breakfast), and the rooms were perfect. I was unaware of the Michelin rating for the accompanying restaurant and was disappointed to not sample the highly regarded home cooking as the restaurant did not open that night, but we found excellent food nearby at Antigua, and we will return to this B&B for the hospitality, to sample their cooking, and to enjoy the relaxing feel to this beautiful beachside community.

The host Cristian was super friendly and helpful, he is very flexible, provides a lot of recommendations and organizes everything you need. The food in hotel restaurant is great and for breakfast you can get always coffee and cornetto:)The place is very cozy and beautiful, great swimming pool.

We used this accommodation as it was our half way place up to Rome. The family who own it are lovely and friendly and go out of their ways to make you feel at home. Dinner was delicious as was breakfast. The pool area is delightful and everything is very clean. The children enjoyed the peacocks and pet dogs. Would have liked another day here :)

Very nice new room. Host Giovanna very nice. No English but young lady translated everything. I was met at B&B when I arrived and given keys. Nice welcome. Parked car in church car park overnight. Just over the road. Comfortable bed. Wifi good. Bathroom nice. Restaurant about 300m walk.
