Great place! We just loved almost everything. The pool area was nice, and to walk around the garden with all the olive- and fruit threes was relaxing. It was calm and quiet, we enjoyed it. Breakfast was nice different choices each morning, both salt and sweet food. Svetlana and Maria and the rest of the staff were really helpful and nice, they really made our trip unforgettable.

We had an amazing stay at Masseria Zambardo. The owner instantly made us feel very warmly welcome, showed us the room and proudly gave us a tour of the property. Everyone else were also genuinely kind, friendly and attentive. Despite the slight language barrier we were able to have some nice conversations, getting a better insight into the region. The room was super spacious, very comfortable, nicely decorated, with attention to details (we even got a hand-made olive oil soap, made by the owner) and spotless. In the room we also got a nice selection of high-quality wines (at additional fee, but reasonably priced) from the partnering property Masseria Incantalupi nearby. I recommend to enjoy some on the terrace surrounded by lavenders, overlooking a pool (not in function during our stay due to pre-seasonal work). The breakfast was an amazing selection of salty and sweet locally produced treats (focaccia was amazing).

Masseria Incantalupi is a converted 18th-century farmhouse in the heart of the Puglia countryside. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, and serves home-grown organic produce in the restaurant.

The pool is large and very clean. As for dinner I would say the food is excellent and abundant. It starts with a nice antipasto, first plate (pasta) and main course. In our case it was meat - Veal- and it was fantastic. To be honest never tasted such a good piece of meat followed by dessert. They also have their own wine which is fantastic.

The host Alessandro and his wife Teresa make you feel home. When we arrived there was a basket full of local food and drinks so we did not have to go shopping immediately. We felt so welcome and immediately getting to rest.
